Since July, Lancashire County Council and the Reform Cabinet Member for Rural Affairs, Environment and Communities from Fylde have been reviewing changes at Lytham Tip, but nothing has actually happened. Queues are still long, traffic builds up, and residents are frustrated every time they try to use the tip.
A booking system has not been ruled out, and the layout of the site has not been improved. That is why we are asking you to add your name to our open letter. We want the council to return the tip to its pre-Covid layout and finally rule out a booking system.
